These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LookOut macOS application and website at https://look-out.top (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing, downloading, or using LookOut, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of LookOut

LookOut is a macOS application designed to help users maintain healthy screen habits by implementing the scientifically-proven 20-20-20 rule. The app provides intelligent break reminders, smart auto-pause functionality, and customizable wellness features to reduce digital eye strain and improve productivity.

2. License Grant

2.1 Personal License

When you purchase a Personal license, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LookOut on devices you personally own or control
• The right to use the software for personal or commercial work on your own projects
• Access to all current features and updates during your license period
• Installation on multiple devices for your personal use

2.2 Team License

When you purchase a Team license, you receive:

• All benefits of the Personal license
• The right to deploy LookOut across your organization
• Centralized license management
• Volume discounts based on the number of seats
• Priority support for IT and HR teams

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• Share your license key with others outside your licensed organization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software to violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with LookOut, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing bartzalewskidev@gmail.com. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available for:
• Team licenses that have been deployed to multiple users
• Licenses that have been shared or distributed improperly

4. Updates and Support

4.1 Software Updates

• Free updates are included for the lifetime of your license
• Major version updates may be released as separate products
• Updates are delivered automatically through the app or via our website
• We reserve the right to discontinue support for older macOS versions

4.2 Customer Support

• Personal license holders receive standard email support
• Team license holders receive priority support with faster response times

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide our Services. The LookOut application itself does not track your usage or send data to our servers. All break timing and preferences remain on your device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookOut and its creators shall not be liable for:

8. Subscription and Payments

• One-time purchase licenses grant perpetual use of the software
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You share or misuse your license key

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
